Phone support

Our routine support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. ET. If your call is urgent, call at any time and we will do our best to assist. The term "phone support" of course includes e-mail, faxes and all other means of communication.

Training/consulting services

DPI provides hardware, application and software training. This training can be performed at the customer's site or at DPI's plant near Boston, MA. Our standard installation training course includes segments on:

  • system setup and calibration
  • system operation
  • applications training

DPI has applications experts and metrologists on staff ready to provide consulting services in areas related to digital shape scanning metrology and automation.

Calibration/repair services

DPI provides calibration services for the artifacts that it supplies to DPI customers. Included in these services are certificates for calibration artifacts that are traceable to internationally accepted metrological standards.

In the event that a DPI product needs to be returned to DPI, please contact customer support for an RMA (return material authorization) number.
