DPI designs and delivers a variety of semi-custom integrated systems to accomplish automated manufacturing tasks such as airfoil inspection and composite repair. All DPI integrated systems employ one or more AFI scanners to provide digital shape scanning capability.

| DPI Casting/Forging inspection systems are able to inspect cast and forged shapes quickly and accurately. After each scan (image on the left), laser projectors can immediately highlight heavy or light surface areas (image on the right) directly on the part so that parts can be reworked as required. |
