Airfoil
Airfoil surfaces and edges are inspected in a highly automated process. Messy, toxic and inaccurate coatings or sprays are typically not required even for fairly shiny airfoils. Scanning without limits. Even for the highly-varied range of surfaces shown (white matte, shiny ground/machined and black anodized), no surface preparation is necessary. This benefits time, hassle, cost, process, health, EPA compliance and accuracy.

HEadlight
The AFI 5000P achieves high accuracy and captures fine details without the need for expensive, difficult-to-use and time-consuming photogrammetry systems. The automotive headlight shown is measured quickly and accurately, and a full analysis is performed before your competition can even get started.

Honeycomb
The surface contour of the honeycomb is quickly and accurately scanned.

DPI offers real-world scanners for real-world surfaces, capable of measuring objects such as the shiny composite airfoil in the picture. The reflection of the soda bottle can be seen in the surface of the airfoil.
